Hello everyone, a little about me. I am a native San Franciscan who is born and raised in this lovely city. I have studied music since I was 9 years old singing in my very first choir. Joining that choir was great experience for me as i got to travel around the word to places like Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Japan, and the Philippines to name a few. I have taken' 8+ years of piano lessons from my neighbor who is a former concert pianist in Russia. When I was in middle school, I had piano lessons twice a week after school had let out. During the earthquake of 1989, I had walked next door for piano lessons only to be interrupted by the quake and I also found out when i got there, I had gotten there an hour before my scheduled lesson time. After singing in 3 different choirs between the years of 1986 and 2000 and taking piano lessons for 8+ years, I decided to embark on my musical career by taking 2 semesters of drum lessons and studying music at City College of San Francisco.

During the fall semester of 1997, I took the African drumming class at CCSF and that's how my interest in African tribal music began. In the year 2002, a group of African drumming students from CCSF decided to form an African Drumming Ensemble playing tunes taught in the class at parties and various other events. During the fall semester of 1999, I took percussion and my interest in becoming a drummer started. After taking the percussion class, I was approached by the jazz band instructor to join their beginning/intermediate jazz band as a drummer. That's when i started to study jazz and i took the jazz improvisation class. Over the years, my improvisation has greatly improved. Even though I haven't taken' private drumming lessons like so many drummers do, I have mostly learned by watching various drum lesson videos on YouTube and have gotten better at the craft by playing with others throughout the years.

During my senior year in high school, i started an interest in computers. I started by taking Basic programming classes and Microsoft networking classes during my first semesters in college. After taking a couple of semesters off from computer studies, I got back into computers by taking website building courses and windows classes. I studied lans, wlans, windows, basic html, xhtml, and css. I also at the time, took a desktop hardware class where i learned how to install and uninstall motherboards, install and uninstall both internal and external storage devices i.e. a hard drive or cd/dvd-rom, and install and uninstall extension cards and how to plug in peripherals i.e. printers, mice, keyboards, and monitors.

I am now a musician who has years of experience playing jazz in a live environment and a member of an African drumming ensemble. I studied live sound and sound recording at CCSF after taking a year or two off from studies. I have taken and passed the Pro-tools LE 8 101 class @ the City College of San Francisco. I am a former drummer for the band all new appliances which the link is above. Check us out if you feel inclined too. I have taught myself how to re-skin drums and re-head them by searching on Google and doing them myself on both my friends and my own drums. I have helped my friends change their heads on their djembes and bongos and have been told that i am the only person they trust when it comes to helping them with that. I am also an Internet DJ and have been since 2012/2013. I currently run and own my own internet radio station after years of djing for various different internet radio stations. If you are interested in internet radio djing fill out the form linked on my radio page.

Since November 2020 I have started live streaming on twitch. I current stream my dog walks as well as other outdoor walks around the city of San Francisco. I also recently added facebook live to the mix so if you want to visit San Francisco through the eyes of a pawsitive panda feel free to check out my streams.
